Welcome to Teddy's Lawn Care NT. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. We're a local Darwin business, part of the Bucket Family Collective, and we value fair dinkum service and professional results. These terms ensure we're all on the same page.
1. Quotes & Bookings
All quotes are based on the information provided and a visual assessment of the site. If the lawn height or yard condition looks different when we arrive, we'll chat with you about any price adjustments before starting. Bookings for regular maintenance or DIY hire are confirmed once we've locked in a date with you.
2. Service Access & Site Readiness
To get the best result, we need clear access to the lawn. Please make sure gates are unlocked, pets are secured elsewhere, and any obstacles like toys, pet waste, or garden hoses are cleared. If we can't safely access or mow the area, we may need to skip the service and a call-out fee might apply.
3. DIY Hire Responsibilities
When you hire our professional DIY gear, you're the boss of that equipment. You agree to use it safely and only for its intended purpose. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, or loss of equipment while in your care, will be your responsibility to cover. We'll show you how it works, but safety is in your hands once we leave.
4. Weather & Safety
Being in Darwin, we deal with some serious weather. If it's too wet to mow without damaging your turf or if lightning makes it unsafe, we'll reschedule for the next available dry gap. Your safety and our team's safety is non-negotiable.
5. Payment, Damages & Liability
Payment is expected upon completion of the service or as per the invoice terms. While we take every care, we are not liable for damage to items left on the lawn or hidden obstacles (like low-lying pipes or poorly installed reticulation). Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.
