Cancellations Policy
Lawn Maintenance Services
We appreciate that plans change. For regular lawn mowing and garden maintenance, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or instances where our team arrives but cannot access the property (e.g., locked gates or unrestrained pets), may incur a call-out fee equal to 50% of the quoted service price. We strive to be fair and will always consider genuine emergencies.
DIY Hire Bookings
To ensure our professional equipment is available for all DIY enthusiasts, we require 48 hours' notice for trailer and tool hire cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows for DIY hire may result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. If you anticipate being late for a pickup or return, please contact us immediately to avoid additional hourly charges or impact on the next customer's booking.
Weather & Safety Adjustments
In Darwin, the weather can be unpredictable. If extreme heat, heavy monsoonal rain, or lightning storms make it unsafe or impractical to perform lawn care, Teddy's Lawn Care NT reserves the right to postpone services. In these cases, no cancellation fees apply, and we will contact you via SMS or phone as early as possible to reschedule for the next available safe window.
Our Communication Guarantee
We value your time and our community connections. If for any reason our team needs to reschedule your service due to mechanical failure or staff illness, we will notify you immediately.
